Step 2: Free call

We can set up a time to call each other by email, text message, or telephone. I'll ask you a few questions to get to know you and your issues better to make sure I can help you.

By the end of this call, you should have a pretty good idea of whether or not you'd like to work with me, and then we can have our first session together.

Step 3: First consultation

The first consultation is an intake session during which we go over any questions you may have and set up a plan for you to implement in your life.

Depending on your needs, we'll set up the therapy that works best for you, so that you'll feel better.

Rest assured that there is no obligation to continue and you can stop at any time.
