A thoughtful, LGBTQIA+ affirming space for people who are functioning well but feel internally conflicted, unsettled, or stuck.

Online Therapy for
Relationship, Identity &
Desire-Related Complexity

Online therapy, BACP registered, Confidential.

  • You are outwardly functioning — working, relating, coping — yet feel something internally doesn't quite align.

  • You find yourself holding conflicting needs around closeness, independence, desire, or commitment.

  • Your relationships, sexuality, or identity don't fit easily into conventional narratives.

  • You think deeply, reflect often, but still feel emotionally stuck.

  • Anxiety or low mood is present, but feel more like a signal than the whole story.

  • You are not looking for advice but for space to understand yourself more honestly.

This work is often chosen by people who value depth, nuance, and emotional integrity.

How I work

I work relationally and collaboratively, paying close attention to how emotions, relationships, identity and past experiences interact.

Rather than offering quick solutions, we focus on:

  • Understanding patterns that once made sense but no longer help

  • Creating safety to explore and make sense of difficult or contradictory feelings

  • Making space for parts of you that mayhave felt unseen or constrained

  • Supporting change that feels meaningful to you, not forceful

LGBTQIA+ & Non-Monogamy Aware Practice

I offer an affirming space for people who have often had to explain or defend their identities elsewhere.

This includes experience working with:

  • gender diverse people

  • sexuality & gender exploration

  • Non-monogamous, polyamorous, & open relationships

  • Navigating through shame, differences, or invisibility

You won't be asked to fit yourself into a model to theory that doesn't reflect your lived experience.

The free consultation

This initial 15-min call is:

  • A chance to briefly share what brings you here

  • A space to ask questions about how I work

  • An opportunity to explore whether we are a good fit to work together

It isn't:

  • An assessment

  • A commitment

Many people find this call helps them feel clearer about what they need next.
