The initial assessment session is a space to begin exploring what has been happening in your life and what may be bringing you to therapy at this time.

In a confidential and supportive conversation, we will look at the experiences, patterns, and concerns that may be affecting your wellbeing, and begin to understand them in the wider context of your life and relationships.

This session also gives you the opportunity to experience how I work and to consider whether continuing therapy together feels like the right fit for you. There is no obligation to continue beyond this meeting.
